Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES: I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations.

If you're unhappy with your order, I'll be happy to issue you a refund once the item/items have been returned in a sellable condition. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. 

Just contact me within 14 days of delivery. Ship items back to me within 30 days of delivery. If you need to cancel an order, please do so within 12 hours of purchase.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me immediately and I will absolutely send you a replacement.

I am not responsible for your card arriving late or past the event you needed your card for. Please allow ample time for order and delivery, as USPS is very fickle. No refunds given for late items, unless you return the item to me in a sellable condition.

All monitors are different, thus monitor colors vary greatly. Colors may appear different in person vs what you see on screen.
