Shipping & Returns Policies

PROCESSING TIME is typically within 1 business day but could take up to 2 business days. Weekends and holidays are not business days.

PROCESSING TIME & SHIPPING TIME are not the same. Processing time is the time it takes me to print, pack, prepare your order for shipping, and drop your package off at post office. SHIPPING TIME is the time it takes for the post office to deliver your package to you.

SHIPPING METHOD: I use USPS, FedEx, and UPS to ship, Monday-Saturday. 

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES per USPS:
Standard Shipping: 3-6 business days
Priority Mail Shipping: 1-3 business days
International shipping: 1-3 weeks

Per USPS, they are experiencing unprecedented package increase and limited employee availability due to COVID. Expect orders to arrive towards the later side of the delivery window. 

I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them because the packages are out of my hands and control once they are out for delivery. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

I don’t have an autocorrect function for addresses, so I can't be responsible for incorrectly provided addresses. In the event your package is returned due to an incorrectly provided address, I can reship your item once a second shipping charge is provided. If you choose to not pay the second shipping charge, I'll be happy to cancel the sale and refund you the purchase price (minus the initial shipping charge). I can’t control the weather either, so I can't be held responsible for late packages due to weather conditions or delays with the USPS. Please remember that shipping around any holiday can be very unpredictable. Priority Upgrades are recommended to ensure faster delivery.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES: I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations. If you're unhappy with your order, we'll be happy to issue you a refund once the item/items have been returned to us in a sellable condition. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. 

Contact me within 14 days of delivery about your return, and ship items back to me within 30 days of delivery. Request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase.
