Can you write/print a note inside and ship directly to my recipient? Yes! Let me know what you'd like me to handwrite/print inside the card in the NOTE TO SELLER box on the CART PAGE.
How long does shipping take? I pack and ship orders within 1 business day from your order, (weekends and holidays are not business days), and then it takes USPS or UPS anywhere from 1-5 business days to deliver it to you, depending on your location within the US. Choose Priority Shipping at checkout for faster USPS 1-3 Day delivery.
What's the status of my order? You should have received a shipping notification when your order shipped. Please check your email including your spam folder for an email from "In A Nutshell." In that email is a USPS or UPS tracking number that you can click on and check the status of your delivery. Please refer to my Shipping Policies for estimated shipping times.
I checked tracking on my order and tracking status hasn't changed. It can take USPS/UPS up to 24 hours to update tracking. Tracking on the usps.com or ups.com website is sometimes more up-to-date, so you may want to check there. Go to https://www.usps.com/ then paste your tracking number into the "Search A Tracking Number" box. Sometimes USPS doesn't scan packages. It can take USPS up to 5 business days to deliver once out for delivery. If after 5 business days (Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are NOT business days) your order still hasn't arrived, please contact the shop.
A card I want is out of stock. Any idea when you’ll be restocking it? Out-of-stock items are usually restocked within a day or two, unless it's a Cheeky Kumquat, Talking Out of Turn, or Sapling Press card. In that case it could take up to 1 week.
