Ships flat in a clear sleeve inside a rigid mailer, sandwiched with chipboard to prevent accidental bending during shipment.
How To Order:

- At checkout, in the NOTE TO SELLER FIELD, include any instructions about what text you'd like added and what background color you'd like. If you're not sure about color, we can provide some options for you.
After ordering, reply to the order confirmation or email us at hello@inanutshellstudio.com with your Order # in the subject line. Attach at least 1 photo of your pet, and leave detailed instructions about what text you'd like added and what background color you'd like. We usually respond within 24 hours to confirm everything.
What To Expect:
- Please allow at least one week for us to draw your portrait. Once finished, we'll send you a proof and require feedback in case changes need to be made.
- Once the proof is approved for printing, please allow 1-2 business days for us to print and ship your portrait. It typically takes USPS 3-5 business days to deliver.
